I know what it’s like, I've been there.
I was working 10-14 hour days, 7 days a week. Doing everything I could to claw my way to the top of the hill, just to find myself at the bottom again. I hustled, busting my butt to put the time in yet it seemed like I was going nowhere. 
My sleep was shit, my workouts sucked, and my relationships suffered. 
I was trying everything, bought every bodybuilding magazine on the shelf. I read books about diet and drank protein shakes and took creatine and fish oil at the exact amounts that were written about in the articles I read. Yet I was still a 145lb skinny-fat ball of stress.
And then everything changed.
The change came when I just couldn’t take the rat race. 
- I decided to lessen my work week, then my workday. 

- I took small steps with my nutrition instead of trying to do a 180 every 30 days. 

- I cut my workouts to three, 45 minute sessions per week focusing on big compound movements. 

- I started sprinting and carrying heavy things for time and distance.
I started packing on muscle like I was 18 years old and seeing ab definition for the first time in my life. As my fitness improved so did my confidence. 
My business became more efficient and I started attracting more clients. 

I started doing more with less.
Fast Forward to Today.
Today I weigh in around 190lbs with less body fat than I had 45lbs ago (less hair, too, but you can’t win em all). 
- I've helped thousands of people lose fat and gain muscle by squatting and pressing and deadlifting. 

- I work for myself and am lucky enough to live in NYC, the greatest city in the world (in my opinion). 

- My wife and I have the freedom to travel all over the world stress free (except the stress of leaving our dog behind). 
All by eliminating the stuff that doesn’t work.
